1. ELIGIBILITY
A. This 2024 Pocky Happiness in a Snap Consumer Promotion (“Consumer Promotion”) is open to all Singapore citizens, Singapore permanent residents or Singapore residents (with valid student pass, employment pass, work permit, or long term visit pass and with valid Singapore mailing address).
B. All persons registering or taking part in this Consumer Promotion (“Participants”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”).
C. All employees of Glico, its affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, alliance partners, advertising, promotions and third-party agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity and affinity are disqualified from joining this Consumer Promotion.

3. PRIZE DETAILS
A total of 3 winners will be selected at the end of this consumer promotion. The following prizes have been allocated for this Consumer Promotion.
A. Flight Tickets for 2 to Osaka, Japan (1 Winner)
Terms and conditions for Flight Tickets (Economy Class, Round Trip) for 2 to Osaka, Japan
o Winners must be 18 years of age or older to claim the prize, otherwise parental consent is required.
o Winners must reply to email from the Organiser with their residential mailing address within ONE week from Announcement Date.

SECTION B
4. HOW TO JOIN AND RULES OF ENTRY
Step 1: Purchase any 2 (two) Pocky Products in a single receipt from participating retailers as specified in A2(a) in a single receipt. Each valid receipt entitles Participants to only 1 (one) chance to participate in the Consumer Promotion. Participants may submit multiple receipts for multiple chances.
Step 2: To participate, visit the Website as specified in Section A2(b) to upload your receipt / proof of purchase and enter your particulars.
By sending your particulars to the Website as specified in Section A2(b), you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted T&Cs and Privacy Policy available at the Website and you have agreed and consented that Glico and its service providers for this Consumer Promotion may collect, use, and process your personal data in connection with this Consumer Promotion.
Step 3: At the end of the Consumer Promotion, winners will be selected at random. The list of winners’ names and the corresponding last 4 digits of their mobile phone numbers will be announced and published at the Website. The winners will be contacted by email and will need to reply back with their residential mailing address. The prizes will be mailed via courier to the residential address provided by the winners.
I. The receipt/proof of purchase needs to have the following printed clearly:
a. The name of the store where the products are purchased;
b. Date of purchase (purchases made outside of the Period will not be accepted);
c. Quantity and description of the products purchased; and
d. Receipt number
II. Participants can submit multiple entries as long as each entry meets the requirements of T&Cs.
III. Each Participant hereby warrants and undertakes that all information they provide (including but not limited to the contact details) are true, accurate and complete, and it is the Participant’s sole responsibility to ensure that the contact details provided remain valid at all times. If Participants have submitted an invalid receipt/proof of purchase, any prizes that they have won subsequently will be forfeited.
IV. Glico reserves the right to determine the suitability of the entries at its sole and absolute discretion, and to disqualify any entries it determines to be incomplete, ineligible, or inappropriate for any reasons.
V. Glico is not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, undeliverable email, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications, telephone, telephone line or other telephone, electronic device or network related problems or errors, whether caused by the Participants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Consumer Promotion, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Consumer Promotion. If, in the opinion of Glico, there is any suspected or actual evidence of tampering with any portion of this Consumer Promotion, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of this Consumer Promotion, Glico reserves the right to terminate this Consumer Promotion and determine a winner using all eligible entries received as of the date of termination or to modify this Consumer Promotion in a manner deemed appropriate by Glico.

5. WINNER SELECTION
I. Winners will be selected at random on the date, time and place as specified in Section A2(e).
II. Should the winners selected be under the age of 18, parental consent is required in order to claim the prize.
III. Each Participant can only win 1 (one) Prize throughout this Consumer Promotion.
IV. Top [1] scorer for the Pocky Game will be determined by the highest score on the leaderboard, should there be 2 winners with the same high score, the winner will be chosen based on the earlier date and time of submission.
V. The list of winners (their names and the last 4 digits of their mobile phone numbers) will be announced on the date as specified in Section A2(e) via the Website as specified in Section A2(b).
VI. The winners will be informed by way of email within 1 (one) week from such date. The vouchers will be mailed via registered mail to the winner’s address as specified in the submission entry.
VII. If the winners cannot be contacted or fail to provide the required details within 1 (one) week from Announcement Date, they will automatically be disqualified and Glico reserves the right to choose another winner.
VIII. Winners shall be responsible for any (if any) additional costs, duties, taxes and/or other incidental expenses which may be incurred as a result of and/or related to the winners’ claiming and/or acceptance of the prize.
IX. No substitution or transfer of prize shall be permitted except at the option of Glico. Glico reserves the right to substitute a prize for equal value in place of advertised prizes that are unavailable.
X. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to use the winner’s name and/or likeness for advertising purposes without further notice or compensation, unless prohibited by law.
XI. The outcome of the selection of winners is final and no correspondences will be entertained.
6. OTHER LEGAL TERMS AND CONSIDERATIONS
I. In consideration of Participant's submission being reviewed and evaluated for this Consumer Promotion, each Participant hereby grants to Glico a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, fully paid, universal license to use, copy, sublicense, transmit, distribute, publicly perform, publish, delete or display such submission, or any portion thereof, in any media now known or hereafter devised including, but not limited to, all forms of television and all forms of internet and wireless protocol without any further right of approval. Each Participant authorizes Glico and/or its affiliates, partners and promotion agencies to utilize the submission submitted to Glico and to make derivative works from such material in any manner they see fit. Each Participant agrees that the results and proceeds of such use shall become the property of Glico and/or its affiliates; and shall be freely assignable by Glico and/or its affiliates and that Glico and/or its affiliates shall have no obligations whatsoever to the Participant. Each Participant releases Glico and/or its affiliates, partners and promotion agencies, from any and all claims or liability (now known or hereafter arising), including but not limited to any claims for defense and/or indemnity, in connection therewith.
II. By participating in this Consumer Promotion, Participants agree to abide by and be bound by T&Cs and the outcome of the selection of winners by Glico. Failure to comply with the said T&Cs or other rules, regulations, instructions or methods instructed by Glico will result in a participant’s disqualification.
III. All users shall hold Glico and/or its affiliates free and harmless from any liability in case an entry is found to have infringed upon any third party’s rights, including copyright, publication right, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right.
IV. In no event shall Glico and/or its affiliates be liable to the participants for any monetary amount greater than the value of the prizes due to the prize winner under the rules and regulations of this Consumer Promotion.
V. Glico and/or its affiliates shall not be liable to the participants in contract, tort, or negligence or otherwise for any loss, damage, costs or expense of any nature whatsoever incurred or suffered by the participant and which is of indirect or inconsequential nature, including without limitation any economic loss or other loss.
VI. Glico reserves the right in its sole discretion, without prior notice, and without any liability to any person, at any time to change T&Cs including to change the Consumer Promotion Period, make Prize substitutions, cancel, terminate or suspend the Consumer Promotion in whole or in part. In the event of any changes to T&Cs, Participants agree that their continued participation in the Consumer Promotion will constitute their acceptance of T&Cs.
7. PRIVACY POLICY
By participating in this Consumer Promotion, Participants agree and consent
to allow his/her personal data being collected, processed and used by Glico
and/or its affiliates, partners and promotion agencies for the purpose of
this Promotion and in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012

Glico and/or its affiliates, subsidiaries,
partners and promotion agencies will collect each Participant’s personal
information for the purpose of administering the Promotion, including
notifying and verifying successful Participants, and announcing their names
and last 4 digits of their mobile phone numbers on the Website specified in
Section A2(b). Personal information may be disclosed to authorized third
parties in administration of this Consumer Promotion on behalf of Glico
and/or its affiliates, subsidiaries, partners and promotion agencies.
Any information and/or personal data which the Participants will provide, or which is otherwise gathered in the context of this Consumer Promotion, will be used by Glico and/or its affiliates, partners and promotion agencies in compliance with the applicable legislation and will be deleted or anonymized six months after the end of the Consumer Promotion. This means, in particular, that any Personal Data processing carried out by Glico and/or its affiliates, partners and promotion agencies will respect the principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency, purpose limitation, storage limitation, data minimization, accuracy, integrity and confidentiality.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This Promotion shall in all respects be governed by the laws of the country as specified in Section A2(g). However, it shall be the Participant’s sole responsibility and obligation to ensure that he/she complies with and does not contravene any laws to which he/she may be personally subjected to.

Ezaki Glico Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries (collectively referred to as “Glico Group” or “the Group”, and each company is referred to as a “Glico group company”) are committed to protecting personal data, in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations. This Global Privacy Policy for Customers applies to Glico Group when it handles personal data of consumers and business partners (collectively, “you”, “your” or “Customers”) in any jurisdiction all over the world.
